Rainmaker AAA Quality Rating 2024

The Rainmaker AAA Quality Rating logo is a symbol of excellence among superannuation funds. To achieve the AAA standard, each superannuation product is reviewed and rated across a range of benchmarks including organisational strength, administration, communications, investment mix, investment performance, fees, charges, investment processes, insurances and extra services offered. State Super has achieved this award for the third year running since 2022.

Rainmaker ESG Leader Rating 2023

The Rainmaker ESG Leader Rating is earned by Australia’s best super funds that perform environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles to a high level, while having a track record of strong investment.

Australian Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI)

Established in 2001, the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI) exists to provide a strong voice on financially material environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. Members include Australian and international asset owners and institutional investors with more than $1.9 trillion in funds under management. Through their research, engagement, advocacy and voting recommendations, ACSI supports members in exercising active ownership, which enhances the long-term value of the retirement savings entrusted to them to manage. ACSI members can achieve value for their beneficiaries through genuine and permanent improvements to the ESG practices of the companies in which they invest.

Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA)

The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) champions responsible investing and a sustainable financial system in Australia and New Zealand. With over 500 members representing US$29 trillion in assets under management, RIAA is the largest and most active network of people and organisations engaged in responsible, ethical and impact investing across Australia and New Zealand. Membership includes super funds, KiwiSaver providers, fund managers, banks, consultants, researchers, brokers, impact investors, property managers, trusts, foundations, faith-based groups, financial advisers and individuals.
